    WS15Z-1 Install but alarm.com account doesn't see the new switch

    Yesterday I installed 2 new WS15Z-1 switches. The panel sees both of them but when I log in to my alarm.com account to program them, it only sees one.

    I can't figure out how to get the final switch recognized.

    Any ideas or help would be appreciated!?

    If they haven't shown up on Alarm.com, you can ask your Alarm.com service provider to send through a command to update the equipment list.

    That was it! I emailed our service provider and they pushed a signal through and everything now works as expected.
