Hello....
I have been having several troubles with my alarm.com skybell HD where I have had to remove it, and re-add it to my alarm.com account in order for it to start working again. Well unfortunately, after the last removal from my account, I now cannot get the device to re-add again. When I first power up the device it turns a solid yellow color (booting up) then shortly after turns a solid green (ready and connected to Wi-Fi ). However, even though it is connected to my Wi-Fi i cannot re-add it to my alarm.com account via the app as the device needs to broadcast in order to be added. I have tried over and over again to put the device into broadcast mode or even reset the doorbell by holding the button in for even 2 mins+. It never goes into reset, or broadcast mode no matter how long I press the button in for....

Any ideas how else I can reset this skybell? Or place it in broadcast mode so I can re-add to my account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
