I saw this posted on the 2Gig Dealer site today. Not sure what's included because there aren't any release notes, but after installing, I now have the ability to connect to my wifi network.

I installed it me too. I can now connect my panel to my wifi. I see a new pairing setting with wifi ip and pairing key... This menu is for pairing with what??
Also, there is no html interface with the panel. If I use the panel lan ip address in my web browser there is no connection.
Thanks Alaska99 title has been corrected
Changelog:
This would seem that now with WiFi capabilities, the GC3 can be monitored via both WiFi and Cellular networks. This has the potential of increasing a system's reliability, insuring that in the rare instance a cellular network goes down, WiFi exists as a backup to protect the home.

I just had a GC3 installed by my local security company.
Installer had a problem with cell not communicating properly and a 2GIG tech guy recommended updating the firmware.
Other than the steps mentioned above, is there anything else I need to do? I got the firmware already loaded on a usb stick.
Current firmware I see if 3.0.0
The current version of the firmware is actually 3.0.2 which is here http://www.2gigforum.com/threads/631...=2223#post2223
