    Issue with 2GIG Verizon Install

    Hello.

    Just recently tried to setup my 2GIG with Alarm.com and the unit will not communicate with them.
    We played a lot of email tag with the Admin trying several different things and nothing has worked.

    Verizon 3G - verified unregistered before attempting
    v.1.9.5. Production
    Signal Strength: 19-21

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What happens when you do a cell Phone test?
    What do you have selected for Q91?

    If it doesn't go through or fails, I would recommend a firmware upgrade een though all the documantation says 1.9.5 should work with the Verizon Module, you can buy the cable and find the instructions here:

    It stops at Q90 no Q91

    have updated to latest version.

    Q91 is set to 1

    Still continues to fail cell phone test

    nvm.

    performing/cancelling 3 walk tests and starting cell test as resolved the issue.
