Note- Lowes lists this Everspring zwave siren as 85db, but the in store version is configurable for 90db-100db (100db is default). Cost is $29. This siren also does not require remote empower home automation plan on alarm.com.

It activates when panel alarms, and deactivates when panel alarms shutoff. It is configurable for just burglary, or for both fire and buglary (Q88).

Siren runs on (4) C batteries (included), there is an optional AC adapter (not included). Battery status of siren is not currently supervised by 2GIG panel, even though the siren itself supports it. Siren will chirp (like a local smoke alarm) when batteries need replacement. Average life of batteries is at least a year.
