    CT100 and 2GIG Alarm lost z-wave connectivity

Just recently, my CT100 on the main floor lost z-wave connectivity. I removed the CT100 from the device but it won't pair back. When I select the mate and let it flash the CT100 see it and tries to query but to no avail.

Any recommendations on how to fix it?

Have you tried to power cycle the device before trying to pair it back?

There is a reset button on the left side, where the wiring goes. Hold that button for about 15 seconds. Then Press the Menu button on the CT100. Press "Mate". Then press "mate" One more time. That should restore the z-wave connectivity.

You can also try and run a Network Discovery from your 2gig panel, its in the Z-Wave Toolbox
