    Go Control firmware version:
    IOP ver: 714.2010
Firmware version: V1.8.4_EN_US (can't get alarm.com to get off their backsides to update, so am waiting on a cable to get here to try an update)
    Build Version: 8617
    ADC: 8047
    Z-Wave Version: 2GIG 2.78
    Customer ID: 01

TS1 version (both are the same):
    IOP Version 140.46971
    Firmware Version: V1.8x_EN_US
    Build Version: 8108
    Customer ID: 01

The Z-Wave Bulb Came out around the beginning of 2014, which was when the firmware was I believe 1.10 , I think your on the right track by upgrading firmware, however i find it weird that it learned in and is only showing up on your TS1, try and do a rediscovery and also a power cycle and see if that help

    Let us know the results

Thanks, Mike. Just to clarify, when I stated it is only showing up on one of my TS1s, it IS showing up on the Go Control and one of my TS1s, but not the other. Is the firmware on the TS1s upgradeable also? I will upgrade the GoControl unit as soon as my cable arrives.

OH glad you clarified... all TS'1s must have matching firmware to the panel that is your problem....and yes you need to upgrade the Panel with the Firmware cable and use the Same Firmware Cable with the 4-pin adapter for the TS'1 Update....Be very careful when doing the TS'1 I always hold the connector in the holes during entire process if you loose the connection you risk bricking the TS'1
