The firmware versions on your TS1's MUST match the firmware of your panel and each other. And I would try 2Gig's default code of 1561.

According to 2Gig this is not a common...

You are supposed to remove the paper tab before installing the radio in the panel. Did you do this? When you power-cycled, did you leave the power disconnected for 5 minutes? I would make sure that...

Hello, I would suggest that you contact you central station directly. You can advise them of your concern, and test it a few times with them.

If you have a "gold plan" there should not be any additional charges to add the garage door

I would contact your provider of Alarm.com and make sure that they have the garage door access activated on your account
